Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, saw a massive surge in users from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Between November 2023 and April 2023, active users grew by over 1400%. This boom is attributed to the region’s high crypto adoption rates and Bitget’s efforts to cater to the MENA market. The platform added Arabic language support, partnered with local payment providers, and aims to list projects from the region. Bitget is also seeking licenses to solidify its presence in this growing crypto market.
