Yonsei University Collaborates with Ripple’s UBRI to Enhance Blockchain Studies in South Korea
Yonsei University in South Korea has joined Ripple’s University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) as its 58th global partner and 12th in the Asia Pacific region.
This partnership aims to advance blockchain research across disciplines like artificial intelligence, finance, and information systems. With support from Ripple, Yonsei will host hackathons and launch an XRP Ledger (XRPL) validator, boosting both its research capabilities and XRPL network security.
This collaboration highlights Ripple’s dedication to promoting blockchain education and innovation globally.
