Valour and Nairobi Securities Exchange Agree on MOU to Introduce Digital Asset ETPs to African Markets

Valour Inc. has signed an MOU with the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) and Sovfi Inc. to facilitate the issuance and trading of digital asset ETPs in Africa. 

This partnership aims to enhance market access and expand product offerings. Positioning the NSE as a leading financial hub. The collaboration will improve liquidity and investment opportunities for Valour. While Sovfi’s involvement is expected to accelerate financial product adoption across the continent. 

NSE CEO Frank Mwiti highlighted the deal’s potential to broaden the investor base and strengthen the exchange’s market position.
