LINE NEXT and Kaia have partnered with Tether to launch USDT on the Kaia blockchain, giving 196 million LINE Messenger users across Asia direct access to stablecoin payments, transfers, and DeFi services.
This integration allows users to manage USDT within the app, including sending funds, making purchases in mini dapps, and using DeFi tools. The move aims to make stablecoins a mainstream feature in Asia’s digital economy, while also advancing Web3 adoption with practical blockchain applications and improved fiat on/off ramps.
