Trezor Adds USDC and USDT Yield Feature for Over 2 Million Hardware Wallet Users

Trezor has launched a new stablecoin yield feature inside its Trezor Suite app. Allowing more than 2 million hardware wallet users. To earn passive returns on USDC and USDT directly from their wallets without relying on third-party platforms.
The new service is powered by the decentralized lending protocol Morpho and offers access to curated yield vaults while keeping user assets secured through Trezor’s hardware wallet infrastructure. All deposits, withdrawals, and reward claims require on-device verification. Aiming to combine DeFi earning opportunities with the security of self-custody.
The move highlights a growing trend where hardware wallet providers are expanding beyond storage solutions and integrating decentralized finance tools directly into their ecosystems. Giving crypto users easier access to yield-generating products while maintaining control of their assets.
