Elon Musk’s Tesla has transferred 3,385 BTC, worth around $225 million, for the first time in two years, according to onchain data from Arkham Intelligence.
The transfer, carried out in three batches to unidentified bitcoin addresses, has sparked widespread speculation about Tesla’s motives. Following the move, bitcoin’s price dipped slightly from $67,000 to $66,500. Despite this, Tesla still holds 8,077 BTC, valued at roughly $537.6 million. The purpose behind the transfer remains unknown, keeping Tesla’s role in the cryptocurrency world under scrutiny.
