Steady Growth in Bitcoin ETFs Approaches 1 Million BTC
Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are approaching the significant milestone of holding 1 million BTC, with current holdings just 42,000 BTC shy.
Twelve ETFs, including Grayscale’s newly launched Bitcoin Mini Trust and BlackRock’s leading Ishares Bitcoin Trust, collectively hold 958,079 BTC. While BlackRock’s IBIT leads with over 385,000 BTC. Grayscale’s flagship fund, GBTC, has experienced outflows, now holding 220,821 BTC.
With consistent inflows, these ETFs are expected to reach the 1 million BTC mark within the next week. Reflecting growing institutional investment in bitcoin.
