Solo Bitcoin Miner Strikes Big With Rare Block Reward

A lone Bitcoin miner has beaten the odds to mine block 913,632, earning 3.13 BTC worth about $347,872 through Solo CKPool.
The block included 593 transactions totaling 473.61 BTC, with the miner receiving the 3.125 BTC base reward plus 0.0042 BTC in fees. While solo mining wins are extremely rare due to fierce competition from large-scale operations, experts say these events highlight Bitcoin’s decentralized nature. This marks the second solo block discovery in September, underscoring how even individual miners can occasionally strike big despite mining difficulty reaching a near-record 136 trillion.
