Shibarium Network Overcomes Setback: Enhanced Features Enroute After Turbulent Debut

Shiba Inu’s Layer-2 network, Shibarium, will relaunch with improved features after experiencing a turbulent start last week.
Shytoshi Kusama, the anonymous Shiba Inu developer, revealed in a recent blog post that Shibarium has undergone testing and optimizations, including a new monitoring system and additional fail-safes to handle high traffic volumes. Kusama emphasized that the network is nearly ready for public use. Notably, Shibarium aims to establish itself as a strong player in the blockchain sector, focusing on metaverse, gaming applications, and cost-effective settlement options for DeFi.
Despite facing a setback during its launch, where overwhelming traffic led to server strain and halted transactions, the team persists in ensuring security measures and scalability for a successful relaunch. The team plans to implement the ShibPaper, a blueprint for Shiba Inu’s comprehensive project strategy, emphasizing decentralization and governance.
