SEC Philippines Alerts Public on Risks of Skyline Crypto and Dry Goods Trading Investments

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines issued an advisory warning the public against Skyline Crypto and Dry Goods Trading’s unauthorized solicitation of investments. 

The company, which is not registered with the Philippine SEC and lacks the required licenses. Has been enticing investors online with promises of 35% returns in just 15 days. Along with rewards such as smartphones and vehicles. 

The SEC emphasized that the company’s scheme resembles a Ponzi scheme. Which is both illegal and fraudulent. The public is urged to refrain from investing in Skyline Crypto and Dry Goods Trading and to report any information related to its operations to the authorities.
