Robert Kiyosaki, Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Predicts Massive Real Estate Crash and Recommends Bitcoin and Precious Metals as Safe Havens

Renowned author Robert Kiyosaki, known for his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, once again foresees a significant real estate crash that could trigger a global financial crisis. Kiyosaki predicts that 2023 will witness a more severe economic downturn than the 2008 global financial crisis, specifically pointing to the imploding commercial real estate market as the cause. He highlights the example of San Francisco, where office buildings have experienced a sharp decline in value due to reduced occupancy during the pandemic.

To safeguard wealth during the anticipated downturn, Kiyosaki advises investing in gold, silver, and Bitcoin (BTC) as stores of value. Additionally, he predicts substantial gains for precious metals and Bitcoin by 2025, driven by an economic collapse that will lead the Federal Reserve to print large sums of money, further eroding the dollar’s value. Kiyosaki urges individuals to be cautious and prepare for the looming crisis.
