New VeChain Bridge Links Ecosystem to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Major Chains

VeChain has launched a new bridge through its integration with Wanchain, enabling seamless interoperability with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and over 40 other blockchains.

This upgrade allows users to move assets like BTC, ETH, and USDC into the VeChain ecosystem, while also transferring native tokens such as VET and VTHO to external networks. The bridge boosts liquidity, supports DeFi applications, and enables enterprise-level payments in major digital currencies.

CEO Sunny Lu emphasized its role in expanding commercial use and accelerating Web3 adoption. A third-party audit will ensure the bridge’s security, with upcoming incentives planned for cross-chain users.
