LG CNS and POSCO International Bring Live Trade Data On-Chain With Injective Blockchain

South Korean technology leader LG CNS and global trading company POSCO International have successfully deployed live trade receivables on the Injective blockchain, marking a significant step toward enterprise adoption of blockchain in global trade finance.
The proof of concept uses actual commercial invoice data generated by POSCO’s international operations, combining blockchain-based shared ledgers, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and AI-powered document processing to streamline cross-border trade and reduce reconciliation delays. Following the successful pilot, POSCO plans to transition the platform into full production before the end of 2026, demonstrating growing confidence in blockchain infrastructure for large-scale commercial use. The initiative highlights how major corporations are moving beyond experimental blockchain projects and adopting tokenization to improve transparency, efficiency, and automation in international trade, reinforcing the expanding role of enterprise blockchain and real-world asset tokenization in traditional finance.
