Chinese Government launch national Blockchain Centre….

The new innovation centre has been approved by China’s Ministry of Science and Technology. It will focus on Blockchain innovation and industrial applications.

The aim is to explore ways in which Blockchain technology can improve personal livelihoods and more importantly help the Chinese economy.

CleverRobot finds the contrast between setting up forward thinking Blockchain technology against a backdrop of anti-Crypto laws interesting. It appears the fact that technology cannot be stopped combined with higher adoption has lead to a sensible stance to build and explore in the space.
