Brazil Advocates for BRICS Financial Unity as Milei Shakes Up Argentina’s Tax System

Egypt’s President el-Sisi echoed support for settling transactions in national currencies within BRICS, emphasizing Egypt’s commitment to joint projects. In Argentina, President Milei announced the closure of the AFIP tax agency, planning to replace it with a streamlined body, ARCA, cutting bureaucracy and saving $6.5 million annually.
Meanwhile, Brazil saw a 24.2% spike in cryptocurrency transactions this year, led by Tether’s USDT, reaching $43.5 billion in volume by September.
