Bit Digital Grows AI and HPC Capabilities with $700 Million Boosteroid Agreement

Bit Digital, Inc. has taken a significant step in expanding its AI services by securing a binding term sheet with cloud gaming leader Boosteroid Inc. Under the agreement, Bit Digital will provide GPU servers, with plans to scale up to 50,000 servers over five years, potentially generating over $700 million in revenue.

This partnership aligns with Bit Digital’s strategy to integrate AI and high-performance computing (HPC) into its digital asset operations. Additionally, the company reported $29 million in revenue for Q2 2024, driven by HPC services and increased Bitcoin mining, with 86% of its energy consumption coming from carbon-free sources.
