Binance Unveils Seeds Program to Cultivate the Next Generation of Crypto Leaders

The program includes two tracks: the Pioneer Talent Program (PTP) for candidates with up to five years of experience, offering full-time roles, training, and mentorship, and the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) for university students and recent graduates, providing short-term opportunities. This initiative is part of Binance’s strategy to build a sustainable talent pipeline and drive innovation in the rapidly evolving crypto space.
