Binance Coin (BNB) Unveils Liquid Staking Integration on Binance Smart Chain (BSC)

BNB Chain, known as one of the prominent smart contracts-enabled ecosystems in crypto, is introducing native liquid staking to its Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain. 

This new feature targets validators, enhancing network security and asset liquidity as the ecosystem moves away from the Beacon chain. Liquid staking allows delegators to reallocate their staked tokens. Opening avenues for increased rewards and participation in decentralized finance (DeFi) strategies. BNB Chain highlights three main benefits: boosting incentives for delegators, facilitating token use across DeFi, and expanding the validator base. 

The integration is set between April and May, following the BNB beacon chain’s sunset to streamline operations and align with future growth plans. Earlier, BNB Chain also introduced “Rollup-as-a-Service” features to simplify Layer 2 platform creation within its protocol.
