Vivek Ramaswamy’s Strive Plans $500M Raise to Buy Bitcoin, Repurchase Shares and Reduce Debt

Vivek Ramaswamy-led Strive, Inc. has launched a plan to raise up to $500 million through a new at-the-market preferred stock offering, with the proceeds earmarked to expand its Bitcoin (BTC) treasury, repurchase company shares and pay down debt.
The publicly traded asset manager and Bitcoin treasury firm currently holds thousands of BTC, ranking it among the largest corporate holders as it pursues an aggressive accumulation strategy amid growing institutional interest in digital assets. In addition to boosting its Bitcoin reserves, Strive says the capital raise will support broader corporate purposes such as working capital and potential investments, reflecting a multi-pronged approach to strengthening shareholder value and scaling its crypto-focused operations.
