US to Print $9 Trillion? Arthur Hayes Says Crypto Will Be the Big Winner

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes predicts the U.S. Federal Reserve will inject up to $9 trillion into the economy by 2028, fueling a surge in credit and ultimately driving capital into Bitcoin and other risk assets.

In an interview with the David Lin Report, Hayes said the liquidity would first boost traditional sectors before flowing into crypto. He forecasts Bitcoin could reach $250,000 by year-end and hit $1 million by 2028, citing its fixed supply and smaller market cap as key factors for outperformance. Hayes emphasized that Bitcoin’s scarcity makes it highly responsive to excess liquidity compared to other assets.
