Sony and SBI Invest $10 Million in Blockchain Game Developer Double Jump.Tokyo
Japanese Web3 gaming company Double Jump.Tokyo secured over $10 million in its Series D funding round, led by SBI Investment.
This funding will fuel development of blockchain games and related services, while also strengthening their team. Participation from Sony Group Corporation suggests potential collaboration on Web3 initiatives and the “Soneium” project.
The company looks to be a leader in Web3 gaming, with their upcoming title “Battle of the Three Kingdoms” leveraging Sega’s popular franchise.
