The investment gives Farage roughly a 6% stake in the firm, which focuses on acquiring businesses and holding bitcoin as part of its corporate treasury strategy. Stack BTC is part of a growing trend of digital asset treasury companies, where publicly listed firms accumulate bitcoin on their balance sheets to increase shareholder value. The company currently holds around 21 BTC and aims to expand its holdings while acquiring profitable UK businesses.
Farage, a long-time supporter of cryptocurrency, said he believes the UK could become a major global hub for the crypto industry, reinforcing his political stance that digital assets will play a growing role in the future of finance and business.
