Kraken Launches Tokenized VCXx Asset Offering Access to SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic

Kraken’s tokenized equities platform, xStocks, has introduced a new blockchain-based asset called VCXx. Giving investors on-chain exposure to high-profile private companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic.

The product tokenizes the Fundrise Innovation Fund (NYSE: VCX), allowing eligible global investors to access a diversified portfolio of late-stage tech firms through a single digital asset.

The launch marks a major step in expanding tokenized equities beyond public stocks into private market exposure—traditionally limited to institutional investors. VCXx can also be integrated into DeFi applications such as lending and collateral. Highlighting how blockchain is reshaping access to private equity and bringing previously inaccessible assets into the digital finance ecosystem.
