Interpol Targets ‘Coin Young Master’ with Red Notice After Rooftop Cash Throwing Stunt

Interpol is assisting Hong Kong in locating Wong Ching-kit, a cryptocurrency promoter known as “Coin Young Master”. Who is sought for fraud and theft charges related to a HK$3 million cryptocurrency scam. 

Wong gained infamy in 2018 for tossing HK$6,000 from a rooftop as a promotional stunt for his failing cryptocurrency, File Cash Coin. He faces legal action for misleading investors and has previously been convicted of theft. Interpol has issued a red notice to help track him down. While his former associate, Mok Tsun-ting, is also wanted for money laundering.
