Hamster Kombat Token Falls 42% on TON Blockchain After Rapid Decline
On September 29, 2024, the TON-based crypto asset Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) dropped 14% against the U.S. dollar. Marking a significant decline of over 42% since its market debut just three days earlier.
Initially priced at $0.009993, HMSTR fell to an all-time low of $0.005613, following a 30% drop on its opening day. As the native token for the click-to-earn game hosted on the TON blockchain, HMSTR allows players to earn tokens by tapping digital hamsters.
Despite boasting a market cap of $365 million and 12.5 million holders, a large portion of the supply is concentrated in the top wallets, with 93.95% controlled by the top five holders. The token’s future stability hinges on expanding its user base and maintaining player engagement.
