Goldman Sachs Turns Bullish on Ten Chinese Stocks Poised for Outperformance

Goldman Sachs has turned bullish on ten major China-based companies, calling them the country’s potential answer to the U.S. ‘Magnificent 7’.

In a note to investors, the bank highlighted firms like Tencent, Alibaba, Xiaomi, BYD, Meituan, and others as leaders in AI, tech, global expansion, and new consumption trends. Analysts expect these public-owned enterprises (POEs) to grow earnings by 13% annually over the next two years, supported by favorable regulations, government backing, and attractive valuations. Goldman says this group reflects China’s evolving economic strategy and rising shareholder returns.
