Etherealize Secures $40M to Build Ethereum Infrastructure for Wall Street

Etherealize, a startup dedicated to bringing Ethereum into institutional finance, has raised $40 million in a funding round led by Electric Capital and Paradigm.
The company plans to use the capital to advance zero-knowledge privacy tools for trading tokenized assets, develop a settlement engine for institutional workflows, and build applications for tokenized fixed-income markets. Co-founded by former Wall Street trader Vivek Raman and Ethereum Foundation veteran Danny Ryan, Etherealize aims to modernize legacy financial systems using Ethereum’s programmable infrastructure. The firm’s mission builds on Ethereum’s growing dominance in stablecoin transactions and real-world asset tokenization.
Since launching in January 2025, Etherealize has engaged with major banks, asset managers, and policymakers, including providing testimony on the CLARITY Act before the U.S. House Financial Services Committee.
