Digital Asset Inflows Hit $2.2B in a Week: A New Record, Says CoinShares

Digital asset investment vehicles saw a record-breaking $2.2 billion in inflows last week, the highest this year, according to CoinShares.
Bitcoin led the surge with $1.9 billion, pushing its year-to-date total to $2.7 billion, while Ethereum rebounded with $246 million in inflows. XRP continued its upward trend, adding $31 million, bringing its total inflows since mid-November 2024 to $484 million. Smaller gains were noted in Solana ($2.5 million) and Stellar ($2.1 million).
Exchange-traded products recorded $21 billion in volume, with the U.S. dominating inflows at $2 billion. Interestingly, bitcoin short-position flows saw $0.5 million in outflows despite price momentum, marking a notable shift from historical trends.
