Critical Alert: Urgent iOS Update Advised for OKX Wallet Users Following Security Firm Warning

Blockchain security firm Certik has issued a warning to OKX Wallet users. Urging them to promptly update their iOS app due to the discovery of a critical Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability. 

This vulnerability could enable hackers to make remote changes to a targeted computing device, posing a risk to sensitive data and crypto assets. Certik revealed the findings on X, emphasizing the urgency of the update. In response, OKX swiftly released a new iOS app version addressing the vulnerability. 

The company assured users that the issue has been resolved with the deployment of iOS version 6.45.0 and verified that no customer assets were impacted by the security flaw. Users are strongly advised to update their OKX Wallet app immediately to ensure the security of their assets.
