Chainlink Whale Activity Peaks: Santiment Data Reveals Three-Month High Amid LINK’s Surge

The crypto analytics platform, posting on social media platform X, highlighted the network’s significant activity, including 226 whale transactions, 4,932 active addresses, and a trading volume totaling $802.2 million on Saturday. Santiment noted that while altcoins have benefited from Bitcoin redistribution, Chainlink has particularly excelled, standing out among its peers. Additionally, addresses holding substantial amounts of LINK, ranging from 100,000 to 1 million, purchased $38.5 million worth of the digital asset in a single week, as reported by Santiment.
Data from market intelligence platform IntoTheBlock further revealed that LINK whales acquired over $121 million worth of Chainlink in the last month. Despite its bullish momentum, crypto strategist Michaël van de Poppe suggested the possibility of a minor pullback before LINK reaches the $12 mark, emphasizing potential buying opportunities between $8 to $8.50 during such dips.
