Bitmine Hits 4.8M ETH and Secures NYSE Uplisting, Strengthening Institutional Crypto Position

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has expanded its Ethereum holdings to approximately 4.803 million ETH worth over $10 billion. Making it the largest Ethereum treasury globally and accounting for nearly 4% of total supply.

The company’s total assets, including crypto and cash, now exceed $11.4 billion, reflecting aggressive accumulation and growing institutional backing. At the same time, Bitmine has secured approval to uplist its shares to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

With trading set to begin on April 9 under the ticker BMNR. The move is expected to boost liquidity, visibility, and institutional interest, reinforcing Bitmine’s strategy to become a dominant player in Ethereum while targeting ownership of up to 5% of the network’s total supply.
