Bitcoin Nears Key Breakout Point, Says Analyst Michaël van de Poppe

Crypto analyst Michaël van de Poppe says Bitcoin must reclaim the $106,000 level to confirm its next major move upward. In a recent post to his 792,600 followers on X.
He noted Bitcoin has bounced after a liquidity dip and expects a test of the $106,000 resistance “in the coming days,” especially now that the recent FOMC meeting had little market impact. Van de Poppe also highlighted growing momentum for Ethereum and altcoins, pointing out that ETH’s stable performance during BTC consolidation signals a potential shift in market sentiment. Currently, Bitcoin trades at $104,236, while Ethereum holds at $2,497.
