Binance CEO Affirms Strong Crypto Fundamentals Amid Price Volatility
Binance CEO Richard Teng underscored significant interest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, highlighting that U.S.-listed bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) amassed over $14.7 billion in net inflows over the past six months.
Despite market fluctuations, Teng emphasized the enduring strength of the industry’s long-term fundamentals and encouraged continued focus on development. Looking ahead, he expressed optimism for the sector’s growth, anticipating new use cases, enhanced user experiences, increased retail adoption, institutionalization, and regulatory advancements.
Teng, who assumed leadership following regulatory challenges, also provided investment advice, cautioning against succumbing to the fear of missing out (FOMO) when entering the crypto market.
